1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VibeAgent and related services (“Service”). By using VibeAgent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

2. Overview of the Service

VibeAgent allows users to create, manage, and deploy AI Agents through natural language prompts and configuration tools.

We provide our Service on a subscription or usage basis. Access levels may vary by plan.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use VibeAgent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are liable for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use VibeAgent for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Generate or distribute malicious, discriminatory, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to breach, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems.
  • Use automated scraping or unauthorized API access.

Violation may lead to account suspension or termination.

6. AI Content & Responsibility

VibeAgent enables creation of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and using AI outputs responsibly. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of generated content. Do not rely solely on outputs for professional or legal decisions.

7. Payments & Billing

Payments are handled securely through our payment provider. All fees are displayed in your selected plan and billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled. You authorize VibeAgent and its provider to charge your selected payment method.

8. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your account anytime through your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

Upon termination, your access to the Service and stored data may be disabled, but some information may be retained as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in VibeAgent’s platform, software, and branding are owned by VibeAgent. You retain ownership of content and AI agents you create, subject to any third-party data or model terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeAgent and its affiliates are not liable for: Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Data loss, system outages, or content inaccuracies. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties about uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of: The United States, European Union, and Republic of South Africa, depending on user location. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

13. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
